"Screaming"

I know very well that you can't physically scream on a forum that is purely text. However, if you are getting angry and feeling as though you should be screaming, it comes through in your posting: bolded words, italics, caps lock, a large amount of errors, a lot of short words, fast flow, !!!!!!!!!!, !?!?!?, #@!$#, etc, etc, etc. People will know.
This, generally means that you have taken something personally. If someone has made a personal attack that is obviously meant offensively to you, I will delete the post and give them a warning. But if you are taking discussion and disagreements to heart, and have decided to react in a "screaming" way, I will delete your post, no matter how much good information may be with it, and give you a warning.
As I said in Member Rules, this forum is designed for debate and disagreements, there will be a lot of it (if enough people join ). It is important that everyone can look at a comment objectively before making it personal. Understood?

Faith: Faith and religion play massively important roles in culture that spill over into business and finances. I personally love discussing the topic of its effect on different people and different businesses in different parts of the world. It may or may not be brought up on this forum. I want everyone to understand that we will NOT be discussing any religion itself, rather the effect it has on economic and politics. This means anyone arguing about the merit of any one religion will be warned and have their post deleted. This is a very touchy subject and everyone must understand that others look at different religions in different lights and we will not be debating them. If you do want to mention religion in the world economy, be careful about how you do it.

Nationalism: National pride is good and bad. It depends what level it is on. I do not have a lot of pride in some aspects of the American culture as you may have picked up on in the welcome page. That does not mean I'm an anarchist and I will not have anyone questioning my patriotism or that of anyone else or any country. If someone would like to say that they are not a patriot, that is fine, but if anyone tells anyone else about how patriotic they think they are or aren't, will be warned and have their post deleted.

Racism: People are different. That's a fact. Not just different races, but people from different regions, different cultures, different lifestyes, different experiences, people are just different. General comments will be made about different races or ethnicities, I may even make them. I think I've already made them about Americans. I don't care whether a comment is made about majorities, minorities, or whether or not you agree with it, anyone who takes it too personally and becomes defensive will be warned to tone it down, anyone who begins "screaming" because of it, will be officially warned and their post will be deleted. Anyone who makes a personally offensive statement that is obviously made to attack someone, will be warned, and possibly removed from the website permanently.

You must be careful not only about what you say and how you say it, but how you interperet what others have said.
